Terms and Conditions for return and refund:
- The customers have 3 days to check their product.
- If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 3 days of the purchase. Z-Tech Hosting will refund the full amount without any questions.
- After 3 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three Z-Tech Hosting shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
- If you want more information regarding our return and refund policy please contact us by email, discord or use our ticket system on our website.
Please Note: We are not required to refund you if your product works for our data center and us at Z-Tech Hosting. If it is working for us it's something on your end not ours, but we are will to try and help you out as much as we can.
